Use the "Annotation and Correction Comparison" in the correction cycle for text deviations
Create annotations in the Adobe Acrobat Style (insert/delete/replace) to use the annotated pdf as the new reference file.
1) Access the User Settings under the Project Menu or with "Ctrl+U"
2) Choose the PDF Tab and change the Annotation Style to "Insert/Replace/Strikethrough formatting with Deviation text only".
Make sure that the "Import for comparison" checkbox next to "Corrections" is checked.
3) The exported Version of the PDF file now displays the Annotations in the Acrobat Insert/Replace/Strikethrough style.
This is the file that is meant for correction implementation.
4) Compare this file against the corrected version of the document, three new Deviation types will appear in the Deviation list:
Correction Applied
Correction Not Applied
Correction Misapplied
Mark or accept these Corrections and create a new exported PDF file that you can then again compare against your Version 2 file.
You want to get to the point where you just have "Correction Applied".
