Create and save the annotated PDF
Once you processed all deviations and want to export the documents with annotations, you can do that in the wizard toolbar under "Export"
Here you have the option to export the Original or the Copy as an annotated pdf.
These documents will contain the comments made in the detail section.
The "Original as Annotated PDF" will contain the comments for the deviations marked as "mark in original".
The "Copy as Annotated PDF" will contain the comments for the deviations marked as "mark in copy".
Both documents will contain the comments for the deviations marked as "Mark in both".
TVT will save the document under its respective name with an added "_ev" for "Exported Version"
Of course you can rename the document to your liking.
