Export all annotated pdfs, the report, and the save file with one click
When selecting Finalize Project, the outcome can be customized to suit the user requirements. In the User Settings, some or all of the actions under the 'Export' and 'Save' drop-down menus can be assigned to the 'Finalize' option.
1.)Open the User Settings in the Menu bar under "Project"->"User Settings" or use the shortcut "Ctrl+U"
2.) Select the "Directories" Tab
Under "Finalization" you can assign some or all options to the "Finalize Project" function, and change the format of the report between pdf, xml, or html
3.) Once you click on "Ok" or "Apply", the function is available in the Wizard Toolbar under
"Save"->"Finalize Project"
4.) TVT will now create and save all selected files.
